Mama dells, come on now. I have been a customer of yours, on and off for many years and I love your breakfast items but was so disappointed this morning. I appreciate all businesses are under strain to sustain and remain open but today I asked for a bacon and sausage sandwich. I often get This and they are normally great but today. The bread is thinner than normal, no more door stop! and only one sausage cut in half. Never have you done this, are you trying to save? Now I understand the term shrink-flation but to do this and still charge £8 for a sandwich and coke!!!!! You are grest guys and friendly but this is not right. Sorry but very disappointed

I just had an ham eggs and chips which I paid £10.50 and the portion is for a 6y old kid. Two eggs the smaller I could see, chips which wasn't more than 15 and 2 slice of ham you could see through. I' very asked two slice of toast bread and I received half slice cutt in two which I had to pay another 1.50.
For the people which are not from this area is terrible and avoid this coffee shop.
Also I want to mention inside is cold as outside.

Went in for breakfast for 2 persons a couple weeks ago, the service was extremely slow not sure why because it was not very busy. After waiting 45 mins to be served breakfast we paid for hot drinks and left. Very disappointing, will not return.

Went along for another full English & once again it touched the spot! Food was tasty, staff were helpful & friendly.

Popped in as fancied a full English & it didn't disappoint. Very tasty, not grease, friendly staff, a clean & nice atmosphere. A little jem in the town!

Mama Dells is amazing. The food is delicious, drinks are gorgeous and everything is fresh and local. No processed food to be seen.

Brilliant price wise aswell and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. This is our second visit and certainly will not be our last!

Where do I start? Unfortunately, there was so much wrong with our breakfasts. The fried eggs were hard at the bottom and only a tiny bit soft on top on all 7 eggs, the bacon was hard, because it was overcooked and possibly reheated, ( it was stiff ). The sausages were also overcooked. The black pudding was as thick as the bacon and, in my opinion, an insult. We will not be going back, thats why we didn't complain there and then.
