I've ordered three times from MOL, for a total of 5 items: great quality clothes as described on the website, very cheap prices, fast delivery via DHL (although you don't receive the tracking code until the delivery company sends a reminder of the package being out for delivery). I have not used customer support and similar so I cannot judge on that.

Some good bargains, but ENORMOUS RISKS
I have purchased from this website three times now. The first-time experience was about a year ago. Absolutely fine, no significant issue. One of the suits I have bought was not fitting well, so I had it returned (at my expense) and the communication with the platform was fine.

The second time, I bought a pretty big range of stuff. One of the sweater I bought was of rather poor quality as it fluffs heavily during wear. When I tried to contact Malford, the platform just never responded. Then I asked them for what the return address is from another E-mail without explaining that my return regarded any problem with quality, the platform replied within the day. Then I sent off another E-mail asking for the procedure for quality-issue return, then the platform just never responded.

The third time, I got sucked back by the bargains. Again, a problem with one of the products and never heard back again!

In conclusion, every order is a bit of a dice roll. If you know the products you are buying (i.e. familiar with brand and fit) then probably worth the risk. If not then I would advise staying away.

Really pleased with my purchase and price. Customer service is lacking. No response to messages and no update on despatch and delivery. But the Thomas Pink coat is awesome and my husband is thrilled with it. Bargain of my life!!!
