I attended the St Ives printing artists retreat with Kim in 2022. Each day was filled with an educational and enlightening trip to see local museums and art followed by an afternoon workshop. This was balanced with free time to enjoy the beautiful setting to swim in the sea or walk around the gorgeous local shops. As a professional Digital Illustrator I found the course interesting, mind expanding and absolutely worth my time to help me develop as an artist. Kim herself is skilled and released and easy company. I would recommend her workshops to anyone of any skill set.

I went to a wonderful morning workshop with Kim at Hitchin Lavender. Kim created such a supportive, enjoyable atmosphere for us to really tap into our creativity. She supported us to create some truly unique and personal pieces. I had a super time and made so many different creations with my linocut patterns. Kim is so skilled and knowledgeable - and she shares her expertise in a supportive, unassuming way that enables you to explore and discover the techniques in a personal way to find your own style and creativity. And to top it off, we got to take the stencils we made home to print more!

Make Space is run by Kim, who does exactly that, make space… not only for art but also for the community and for conversation.

I attended one of Kim's linocut printing workshops focusing on flowers last summer and loved it.
I had not done linoprinting since school and with Kim's encouragement and enthusiasm I was thrown back into peak inner child enjoyment.

Kim was extremely patient (even when I ran over time as I was getting SO into it!) and was very supportive throughout.

I eagerly watch to see what new workshops Kim will be doing in the community and hope she'll offer some more for children soon as we missed out on the halloween event last year.
