Overally really really good. Edward was so helpful choosing our wedding wines. Only reason for one star off was we were missing a few glasses in our hire delivery which then was reported back to the shop by the delivery driver so we were charged for the missing glasses when we returned the rest. Would still shop in Majestic Wine though.

This Majestic store stands out as the best I've encountered. Having visited several over the years, David's exceptional knowledge and enthusiasm for wines truly set this location apart. David is not only a great leader, but his entire team is impressively customer-focused. Visiting this store is always a pleasure. In terms of knowledge, David's expertise is so remarkable that he should be utilized as a trainer for new staff. His talent is too valuable to be underutilized.

What a fabulous team at Haywards Heath Majestic. Always so helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great tasting area too. David is such a helpful guy and very enthusiastic. Nothing is too much trouble. They always load my car for me too. Excellent service.
