If i could, i would give 0 stars.
Ordered back in may clothing for my sons baptism, and it hasn't arrived. I actually have to rush to a store to manage to find something for him to wear.
I left an email, and they never replied back.
Scamers. I don't know how people have the heart to do this. Wait until someone takes you to court.

This is getting beyond a joke now
On the 29th july we ordered 5 suits for a
wedding, paid first class postage to make sure
they was here on time and still haven't received
them!!! Please bare in mind when you order that
the dispatch days don't mean nothing, we was
told that the dispatch time was once they had
received your order from the que not from when
your order was placed. After several phone calls
(unanswered) and numerous emails we was
finally replied to on Facebook after commenting
on a photo, to be told our suits would be
shipped on the 12th august, still nothing, was
told on Monday they will send us an email with
details which we STILL haven't got. Didn't even
get a confirmation email when we placed the
order.
We have again messaged them twice...

Website seems good, about the only positive thing I can say. Ordered suits from them, no communication and no suits despite several (I responded to) emails. Eventually got notification a refund has been issued - no explanation why and left without suits after several weeks or waiting. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Don’t understand why my previous review was deleted. Avoid this company at all costs. I have now received my refund from Laybuy but I was waiting for my order since 8th December. No communication at all. Emailed, called, Facebook messaged and Instagram messaged…nothing

Suits still haven't turned up. This shop is telling me they are at my local depo. They are saying they are not. Communication is pretty much non existent. Won't answer phones. Trying to get a refund of a fair bit of money is near impossible. Also we had to rush and get suits else wear as we have had the wedding.

##AVOID## order a blanket and cardigan sent the completely wrong ones out i emailed them to let them know and that I will be returning for a refund, I had no reply no refund and they have received the parcel (recorded delivery) I've sent quite a few emails but nothing no reply, from what I'm reading this isn't a company just a shambles of a so called business. Not even worth 1 star...

Do not order from this company!! My brother and his fiance ordered a suit from here. Over a month later no order, no contact at all from the sellers either. Absolutely disgusting and £60+ down the drain!!

Disgusting, heartless scammers. E-mails don’t deliver to either email address. Payment taken weeks ago but obviously no goods received. Do not lose your money to these scammers!
