Mail Boxes Etc. in Windsor came to my rescue enabling me to purchase two pieces of art work at a local shop. The bronze sculptures were about three feet tall each and the retailer did not offer shipping or even any advise on how to ship the items. I had walked past the Mail Boxes Etc. on Leonards Road in Windsor a day earlier and went back to talk to them. The owner/manager of the Mail Boxes Etc. store offered to ship the items for me---all the way to the United States. He went to the retail shop, which was about a 15 minute walk away and looked at the items in order to give me an estimate. He then went back the following day to retrieve the two sculptures. He expertly packed them in bubble wrap and shipped them in two separate boxes via Federal Express. I was very impressed with his high level of professionalism. He was courteous, polite, friendly and very trustworthy. He charged me a fair price for the packing (lots of bubble wrap and two sturdy boxes). The shipping charge was reasonable and he maintained communication. The items arrived at the United States within three or four days and are now being enjoyed. I couldn't have made this purchase without the incredible service offered by this Mail Boxes Etc. location. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend them. My highest rating of AAA+++ for this location and their incredible service!

Best Value! Best Service! This review is based on a recent purchase from Windsor Auctions that required "everything" (assessment, quotation, collection wrapping- I'm sure you get the picture) and ultimately a timely and safe delivery across the country to me. If indeed you require any service from this team, I am confident you will receive a First Class, second to none service. I base this on hard facts and evidence experienced first hand! Rarely recently have I come across such professionalism; to be honest I was a bit surprised. Don't be mistaken, not as a reflection on this companies people but on me! Gradually, it appears my expectations of 'Service' have been eroded. Thank you, It's good to know that there are still quality people that care. Well Done!
