I was in a relatively difficult situation as I had to find a place that would be willing to store two large packages for a few days before shipping them to their destination, and all the big shipping companies I looked at could not accommodate my request through their online booking systems due to the size of my packages. I was hence very fortunate to come across Mail Boxes Etc.; George and Bahir were very attentive and accommodating of my specific requests, to a level that was pleasantly surprising, and they offered me exactly what I needed at a very fair price. I was left with a strong impression that this place truly values their customers, and would recommend it without hesitation.

This is the second time I have been to Mailboxes on Camden Parkway and both times I have been so grateful for the helpful service I’ve received. Today I was served by a particularly lovely man called Georgi who helped me so much with all the complicated documents I needed to print. Thankyou! Five stars.

Really happy to find this place in a convenient location with a huge range of services. I was surprised that they can post via royal mail, and printing / copy services that you can just send an email. So easy.
Service was welcoming and efficient.

I was super nervous about shipping a rather fragile classical guitar all the way from London to the US (if you're a musician you'll get why) and they had it shipped over in perfect condition and were so helpful along the way. It was such a relief to get back to the states, open up the box (many, many layers of cardboard, tape, and bubble wrap), and see my guitar completely intact. Such things are almost unheard of in the music world.
