Found this shop by chance on Google, otherwise we would never have known this was here! But I am so glad I did google as this shop is fantastic, very clean and well presented, definitely the best Maidenhead aquatics shop i have been to. The staff are friendly and all greeted us. Steve assisted us with everything we needed and gave us great advice. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for him and he broke all the scientific side of it down for us to understand, he's a great asset to your store!

Had an amazing experience with Steve absolutely lovely and super helpful! Got a whole new tank and he's informed me on everything I needed to know so I have the confidence I need to have my tank! Best aquarium shop I've been to! Once again Steve is a legend!

Always made to feel welcome in this shop. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, offering great advice on the best tips etc. You can also feed the massive Koi.....but expect to get wet! 😁

I have been to several Maidenhead Aquatics and as usual, everything is to a high standard. The members of staff are knowledgeable and have the mental resources to give proper advice. Everything in the shop is maintained properly and people are greeted nicely when they first enter the shop.

A man (approximately in his mid 20s) with short hair and a short beard assisted us and he was helpful, welcoming and friendly. He was able to respond adeptly to questions which we put to him and he is a credit to the organisation. We recognised him from another Maidenhead shop and it was pleasing that he recalled who we were.

My favourite aquatics centre. Recently refurbished and now looking very smart. A great selection of well stocked freshwater fish as well as pond fish. The staff are always on hand to give advice and help. They no longer sell marine fish at this store.

Fabulous service from the team at Maidenhead Aquatics today. Such a wealth of knowledge that put my mind at rest about an unwell koi carp in our pond. We will definitely be back in the spring to buy some more koi, there’s an amazing range to choose from. Thanks again for your help
