Got a full kitchen including all electricals and fitting so there is no issue going forward. Was promised all sorts.
Once salesman done a job of convincing you they are the best etc etc etc and they have your deposit.... you are trapped. No customer services to contact. No one answers call.
No managers to answer any queries. You have to go to the shop in person for any queries. When you are there , you get ignored because they have only 2 salesmen and they are busy with customers!!
The kitchen units were delivered on 3 attempts (that's another story).
They expect you you open and inspect each and every unit which is impossible as it can only be done by the fitter after everything is unpacked. As it was being fitted by their own fitters .... and it went beyond the 2 weeks (which we didn't know) any damages have to be paid by ourselves). Basically there is a third of the units damaged and now we have to pay again because it's our fault for not checking when it was delivered!!
This has been the worst nightmare. Trust me....avoid at all cost. You will regret your decision. Go anywhere but here for a kitchen.

Avoid at all cost the sales team and manager are only there to take your hard earned cash they give a fantastic first impression promising you everything but once you have signed that’s where it stops they are only interested in there commission and the customer service is somewhat lacking and personally need re training. Check your invoice over and over as the prices seem to change and no explanation given . There are plenty of other kitchen shops that I’m sure you will get better service .

If we could give 0, we would have. We bought a kitchen and the salespersons were amazing at selling a dream kitchen to us . Once they received the payment , the whole process became shamble . You can never reach anyone at the branch by phone , even if you attend the branch, hardly anyone around will serve you as they know that you are an existing customer and the kitchen has already been purchased. They will only see to the NEW customers who are on the look out for a new kitchen as they are FANTASTIC salesmen . There is no one we can approach at the branch for any after sales issues . Our dream kitchen has turned out to be a nightmare !!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

Avoid at all costs. The staff are a disgrace. Got a kitchen delivered with fridge and freezers. You are meant to open and check apparently as anything else after that is your responsibility. The freezer received is not the one that was ordered with the kitchen, should have been a half and half and instead it was a full freezer. They have no recollection of this even though it was clearly confirmed.
Now they cannot replace it as the packaging is off, even though we were told we were meant to open and check everything.

Was visiting in Manchester and went into Magnet Stockport for a kitchen island worktop to match our existing magnet kitchen.

John supported us with finding the product code and bespoke size we needed straight away. Went out of his way to help us arrange a pick up order with Nottingham branch despite them wanting us to ring back on Monday.

Got the order all sorted thanks to John!

Definitely will be coming back to Manchester in the future to see John for our kitchen orders.

Good design service, good quality units, great communication …until….we’d paid the final bill. Then it all changed pretty quickly, no one answering our calls, no one sorting out issues we had with incorrect products being supplied and shortages of others. Had to really stick at it to get things on track.
Overall terrible communication with our builder from Magnet. No up to date plans sent to either us or the builder who was at one point, working to old plans. Only when we came across a pretty big issue did we realise this. Magnet still did not send up to date plans to me and just sent an email with the new plans to our builder. I had to pay for several extra days work for our builder to put things right.
Gave up trying to get Magnet involved in the end and bought things we needed from Toolstation.

Would I recommend Magnet Stockport? 100% NOT.

Amazing storage ideas. So much choice! Staff left us alone to browse but were on hand to answer any questions. This was our first kitchen hunt but feel they will be hard to beat
