I would just like to say a massive thank you to all the lovely staff at Magic Moments in Wilsden. My daughter bought her prom dress from there back in January. We had our own appointment and wasn’t made to feel rushed in anyway, she must have tried on over 10 dresses but she finally found the perfect one and she looked absolutely stunning. Trudie kindly recommended a seamstress to make the slight alterations and the dress was ready in perfect time for her prom. The quality of the dress is great and she is desperate to wear this again. I would highly recommend Trudie and her lovely team of girls to make your daughters prom dress shopping as stress free and easy as possible. Thanks again ladies. We had one happy girl xx

Visited today and would 100% recommend Magic Moments to anyone looking to buy a prom dress. The customer service right from the first telephone call to make the appointment to us having chosen the dress has been fantastic. The girls and the owner were so lovely and made the experience so enjoyable and stress-free. The dresses are gorgeous and there’s so much choice. The prices are very reasonable too! What a fabulous experience! We were given a same day appointment as the school prom happens earlier than other schools, and Trudie wanted to make sure there would be enough time for any chosen dress to arrive.
My daughter was treated like a princess. She was given time to look at the vast array of colours and styles of dresses, then assisted to try them on as often as she wanted to ensure she found the perfect dress.
My daughter said 'YES TO THE DRESS.'
I would highly recommend a visit if you're looking for variety and excellent service.

Myself & my daughter chose Magic Moments as the first Prom dress shop in our search for the perfect dress & we didn't need to look any further.
We were there over 2 hours & they were so patient & we never felt rushed. There were so many dresses to try on, in so many styles & colours. They take note of the school so you don't buy the same dress as anyone else attending your Prom.
The whole experience was personal, they take photo's of your daughter if you wish, to remind them of each dress they liked & compare so then they can shortlist it. She tried the final 2 choices several times which wasn't a problem.
I've one very happy daughter & a beautiful Prom dress 👗 😍

I visited here with my daughter to select a prom dress and what a wonderful experience.

You contact them and book a personal spot. For us they were three staff helping. They are over 100 different styles of dress to choose from. Depending on the designer of the dress, each design had a multitude of colours to select.

The shop has an excellent relaxed and very helpful aire to it. The staff are very knowledgeable, clearly experienced and take photos of you wearing the dresses so you can look back on what you have tried on to help you choose.

I do highly recommend this shop. They have an excellent selection of dresses, nice helpful staff and a great personal experience.

Great experience. The shop has an excellent selection of dresses, in numerous colours. Staff were all very helpful and approachable. The staff being younger appealed to my 16 year old daughter. She felt more comfortable and could rely on their opinions and advice too. A much less stressful experience than I had anticipated. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Our daughter got her prom dress from Magic moments before Christmas and we collected it tonight and I can honestly say it is absolutely beautiful. We went a few times before we purchased as my daughter is very picky and couldn’t settle on a dress as there were so many beautiful ones to choose from but Trudy and her girls were amazing from start to finish.
