This shop is a little heaven away from home. Yes the price is a little high, but in their defence if you import stuff for another country it will be more expensive. Just to clarify, the produce is always fresh, that must mean the travel quite a lot to get the fresh goods imported.
The quality of the food is great. The customer service is excellent. I have placed an order for baked goods very late, and they were able to make it in time for my celebration. Awesome selection and delicious food. I would highly recommend.
Keep up the great work. And thank you for bringing home so far away for a-lot of us. And dont forget people that criticise pointlessly have achieved nothing, its much harder to do what you do.

P.S : To those who complain about parking , there is a big parking lot right in front of it, you can leave your car and walk 1 min to the shop ( nothing will happen to ya!).

This is by far my favourite store to shop for food. Such a large selection at reasonable prices. As a fan of central and Eastern European food (and a Ukrainian fiancée) this store is perfect for us. I would highly recommend it for anybody of any nationality.

The new store is fantastic with a great selection of products from around eastern Europe, plus a huge deli counter. Unfortunately after waiting patiently at the deli I was ignored by the member of staff who clearly wasn't interested in my custom. Sadly this is not the first time this has happened and it's a shame because other, younger members of staff seem far more welcoming.
It's a shame to leave a negative review as I previously gave it 5 stars. I would still encourage people to give it a try and hopefully you will get a better customer experience than I did.

Nice selection of stuff you won't find in your regular supermarket. Shame the owners seem to treat it like their living room, letting their kids fly around on little scooters. After nearly colliding with one of the little darlings, I promptly went elsewhere.

Not bad prices but could do with more variety of Polish products.
Also could be more organised as products of different countries are mixed together so its hard to find which products on the shelf are from which country if you dont understand the language.
I find that the women that work there are not so helpful and not very friendly, but on the other hand the guy who works there is very friendly and gives great customer service.
Overall not bad shop at all
