Ordered my daughter’s favourite macarons (caramelised white chocolate) and managed to add the wrong delivery address. I realised immediately and emailed support. This was after hours and early the next morning, I received an email from Tim, informing that although my order had been processed, he was able to cancel the courier and amend the delivery address. The macarons were as always, delicious and delivered on the expected day. Fabulous service.
