Very impressed with MJ Warner! I have been using a reasonably close VW main dealer for a few years now but having had quite a few bad experiences with them decided to change my preferred dealer on the VW app .. I had a warning light come up on my Golf Mk8 and a very nice guy at MJW contacted me to get the fault repaired … the service I received was both friendly and professional. I am due to get another new Golf soon and with definitely be using MJW as apposed to a main dealer in future

Amazing experience with the bodyshop recently. Rob and his team were super empathic about me scraping my car along a bollard after the death of my husband and my associated anxiety. They patched up my car and did the best they could for free. Honestly, they were lovely to me, thanks so much, your kindness is so touching and my husband would be very impressed with you indeed x

Had my car repaired here after an accident and I’m so impressed!! They arranged to collect my car and gave me a courtesy car very quickly and immediately started repairs on my car when they had authorisation to! Cant fault them they were so helpful and often kept me up to date with what was happening so I felt very confident that my car was in good hands. Abbie in particular was very helpful with this! Honestly my car looks brand new and wouldn’t go anywhere else 🙂

Had bad experience with the company and staff ! On arrival someone spoke to me. No staff introduced themselves or explained their role. I received prejudiced attitude as I complained that I had to wait a lot for my car to be repaired and for them to order the part ! Poor communication and lies by them that they informed me whilst was waiting for the part ! My car was returned with dirty interior on the side that had my mirror replaced as you can see on the photo. I’m wondering if there are facilities for your staff to wash their hands before and after their job or be mindful about leaving a mess behind them ! Staff cleaned my door upon request ! Wouldn’t recommend the company and garage and no way will have my car repaired again there !
