Fabulous breakfast. Most staff very friendly. Forgot our mushrooms but they brought some when we realised. We could take the dog in too which was a huge bonus. One of the younger girls perhaps needs some customer service skills, although she could have been having a bad day. I would still highly recommend.

This is a lovely local cafe. It's not a large place, I'd say 32 seats in a mix of 4 seat and 2 seat tables. We are 2 parents and 3 teens and just budged up a seat from the table next to us to our 4 seat table.
The all day breakfast was very nice. Not a large portion of food but just enough to feel full. The quality of the food and the cooking skills were just excellent. Everything cooked to perfection.
Our vegetarian teenager was happy with the selection available and went with a Linda McCartney veggie burger.
I would recommend the special hot chocolate with cream, marshmallows and a chocolate flake and biscuit on the side.
For 5 of us it cost £51. That was for 5 good sized full meals, 2 special hot chocolates, a decaf tea and "normal" tea for 2.
I highly recommend going and enjoying the food. It is also dog friendly, so if you've got a well behaved dog you can bring them along too.

Great place to sit and watch the waves with a cuppa and a slice of cake, the food that was being served looked very good and huge portions, will definitely be going for a meal next time 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had a beautiful lite breakfast husband had a full breakfast. Couldn’t fault it at all. Staff extremely friendly to both us and our dog, he even got a complimentary sausage.
Premises spotless, welcoming and a great view of the sea. Will definitely visit again when next in Hornsea.

Lovely cafe we visited with my sister nephew his wife 2x children and 2 dogs made very welcome. excellent food chose a full English breakfast which was delicious we all enjoyed our food and will definitely visit again. Good value for money.

After looking on Google for the best breakfast in Hornsea we came across Lyndseys and paid a visit today 14 Feb (old romantic) me. We were welcomed in (dog too) and the young lady serving was very attentive. We ordered a full English and a jacket potato and we were both very pleased with both portions and quality of the food, and all with a sea view.

As regular visitors to Hornsea this is our new go to place for breakfast and a cuppa.

I cannot speak negatively about this café. The establishment offers genuine home-cooked meals, with homemade chips that are noticeably of high quality. The pricing is remarkably affordable, likely making it one of the most economical dining options in Hornsea. The friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere, and it has become my preferred dining location in the area. Additionally, the menu accommodates both vegetarian and vegan options.
Also amazing views of the sea as on the sea front and seating outside, just wanted to add. Also dog friendly cafe.

Visited today with my sister, son, daughter in law, grandchildren and 2 dogs. We had the full english breakfast, it was delicious and good value for money. We will definitely be going again on our next visit.
