I had a last minute Christmas gift request from my daughter in law for some Lush bath bombs our nearest store was Stratford on Avon 8 miles away.
Well the journey was well worth it. I was approached in store by a lovely young lady who could see I needed some assistance. Her name was Becca & I can honestly say it was the most helpful shopping experience I have ever had. She advised me on all the different products within my price range and was very knowledgeable of each item. She ended up advising me on a gift wrap which was lovely, similar to headscarf.What a credit to have her working for you excellent customer service. Merry Christmas.

I was struggling with buying a new shampoo to help rejuvenate my hair and scalp! When I popped into lush, Claire was lovely and a massive help.

She went through some of the shampoos and scalp treatments and explained them in detail! She also supplied me with a few samples so I could try them out. I had to go with the ginger shampoo!

All the staff are lovely in Lush☺️ They create a very welcoming environment!

Went to Stratford upon Avon store today and spoke with the lovely Keyra. She was incredibly knowledgable and showed me and my son what she thought would work best for our different hair types. She gave real life examples of products and made me feel as though we made the right choice to try out the shampoos. I really hope the products are as good as her customer service 😁 she was so nice I would come back just to chat with her 😁 x

Claire has been an amazing help; she gave me advice on a hair care product and body cream, and it’s been so great that I’ve returned to stock up on more. She’s incredibly approachable and personable, and I really appreciate that she offers help without pressuring you into making a purchase, which is something that usually deters me from returning.

All the ladies at Lush are all beautiful inside and out, intelligent and wonderful. I want to give a shout-out to Maria. She was able to walk me through basically every product in the whole store, conducted demos, and even gave me and my partner a head massage tutorial!

Lush Party - what a great experience! We had so much fun, having an go at making some bath bombs with the very funny and entertaining Hannah. Unexpectedly scientific and controllably messy, we laughed so much, we all needed a good bath by the end, which was lucky because I’ve got lots of exciting bathing products to try out now. I would absolutely recommend a lush party for any group of people, young or old, a 10 y old’s birthday party or a Hen Do. I wasn’t sure this would be my cup of tea but I would definitely do it again. Thank you to Hannah and the team at Lush in Stratford-upon-Avon for a brilliant afternoon!

A very lovely experience - Aidan was so helpful and really took the time to explain the product ranges. Was so great to hear his personal recommendations and get a sense of the many Lush offerings from skincare and hair products to spa experiences. Ended up buying a conditioner and look forward to trying out a couple of kindly offered samples. The friendly customer service totally enhanced the shopping experience - so a big thank you to Aidan 🙂
