The most amazing staff who couldn’t do more to help! I recently collaborated with the Chester Lush store on an event where we made our own Toby’s Magic Cow bath bombs and it has been a dream. Kim has been so accommodating, no request would be too much! Thanks to her, the whole process from start to finish ran smoothly and has been so much fun! Amy did an amazing job leading the workshop on the day; guiding us, giving us all the product knowledge, and there if we needed a hand.
Anytime I’ve been in store every single staff member has been so welcoming and kind. HUGE thank you to you all!! I would definitely recommend Lush if you are looking for a fun event. Such a lovely bunch to work with and they couldn’t have done more 🫶🏽

Went in to exchange a faulty christmas gift. The staff were great. Super friendly and helpful. Awesome service. I am a regular Lush customer who hadn't been to the Chester store for a long time but I won't leave it so long in future. Thanks for the amazing service guys. ❤️

We had a LUSH party on the 21st September hosted by Cat. We couldn't have asked for more. Cat went above and beyond to make our party a real treat, showing us a good selection of skincare products and letting us try each one. We had fun making the Rose face mask too which I'd highly recommend. Loved my goodie bag too. Thank you soooooo much for making our day so special 💗 Pippa and Vicki

Went to the Snow Fairy Event Last Night,
Received 2 exclusive products, I also got to make a bath bomb, got lots of new samples & I was able to shop the entire Snow Fairy range before it’s even on general release, it was a lovely experience to be able to shop out of hours too, very VIP 💋.

Had a wonderful time in Lush earlier today:)
I was greeted by Nat who was so insanely sweet and friendly. We spoke about the new curly hair care range - as I’ve tried two of the products that worked amazing with my Afro hair, she then gave me free samples of other curly hair care products when I popped in for some bath bombs. So sweet and she really didn’t have to but she took the time to explain all the ingredients and benefits. Literally couldn’t have had a nicer time, lovely two ladies who were also SO nice at the tills wish I got their names.
Love going to this store because the staff are the best.

The staff here were so friendly and easy to talk to. I never feel uncomfortable going to lush as the staff always make me feel so welcome and are so kind. I also bought loads of bath bombs which I love!
