The shop assistant Sofia in Bristol Cribs was very helpful, kind and informative. She also took the time to show me how the product worked. She was very pleasant and not at all pushy like some assistant's can be! And she made us smile which always goes a long way

My 8 year old daughter has recently under gone a major eye surgery, she has not been aloud out for 1 week following surgery due to light, dust, pollen etc.. our first day following the 7 days and while she's recovering i thought we would pop into lush to treat her, the staff were absolutely amazing! Sobia in particular needs some recognition, she went above and beyond and made us feel very special, and my daughter very very welcome! she showed my daughter different shower gels in the sink explaining the different products and what was in them, showed us bath bombs and even moisturiser. Her knowledge of the products is fantastic! She engaged in a lovely conversation with us, But most importantly her customer service was impeccable, definitely gave myself and my daughter the pick me up we needed, she even Gifted us some products to take home and finished with giving me a massive hug! This lady today was like an earth angel for us. Please give this lady some form of recognition she don't realise what she did for us today! Will be back in a few weeks to see Sobia for some goodies for myself once my daughter has fully recovered!

I Have visited Lush in Bristol, Cribbs Causeway with my 11 years old daughter. We were served by Sofia 🙂 She was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable about products! Really helpful and friendly. Fab experience in Lush today - Sofia was fantastic! She really took her time to help me find what skincare products would work best for me, and wasn't at all pushy like you find in some stores! I came away with a new cleanser and face oil, and she even gave me a sample of a different one to try in case I changed my mind. Fantastic customer service and really helpful.
Just wanted to add that I have worked in retail in the past and know how difficult it can be, but Sofia genuinely seemed like she loved her job and knew so much about the products - she actually wowed me!

We made Easter bunny bath bombs with Erin. She was wonderful with the children, addressing them all by their names and taking the time to talk with them personally. When my 18 month old wasn’t playing ball anymore, she demonstrated a bath bomb to keep him well entertained. We had great fun.

Excellent Easter event held by Sudriya. She kindly engaged with my little boy to make bath bombs for the Easter event, Sudriya made things fun and exciting for him. All whilst mummy got a lovely hand massage and facial by Radha, who not only gave an excellent service but recommended suitable products for my skin type and gave me 15mins peace and quiet whilst my little boy was entertained by Sudriya. An overall eggcellent Easter experience 🐣🐰

Went on a day trip to Bristol today and popped into Lush to pick up a couple of our favs and also wanted to try something new too - Andi helped me and my son and was so kind in letting my little one have a play around with the bath bombs (which he absolutely loved as he is now covered in glitter 5⭐️ for that!) she also really helped with picking out a new shower gel to try and perfume - all the other ladies were just as lovely too!
