Liked: We had such a lovely weekend at lupine camp-sight. The gentleman ( I assume the owner) was extremely lovely and attentive, nothing was too much trouble for him, he was always happy to help and was friendly and chatty.

The location was lovely surrounded by field and woodland, it was so quiet and peaceful.

It was a basic camp sight but had all the amenities that you needed and was clean and tidy.

The locals are so lovely as well, we went for a walk and bumped in to so manny locals that we stoped and had a chat with and they was all so lovely and welcoming.

Will deffo recommend and will deffo be going back.

Liked: Absolutely loved this site. Pitch very nice. The owner was lovely, such a nice man. The site was well kept. There a woodland walk that I would recommend people go to and a beautiful small nature reserve less than 10 mins walk from the site.

Disliked: Only things we didn't like. But they can't be helped. The toilets r a bit small and only 1 shower for the site. But have been told that's because they can't build a bigger one.
The noise from other campers till 2am. But as it was a weekend was expected

Liked: Peaceful quiet location away from traffic and some good walks through woodland and farmland , ideal for the dogs and not too far from a local shop and pub about half hr walk, Dan the owner greeted us on arrival and was very helpful and friendly

Liked: Lupine Woods is such a beautiful setting for a peaceful few days away with family and friends. Despite constant rain for days beforehand the ground was still hard, no mud or puddles.
Particularly loved seeing all the dragonflies that were around, a mating pair even landed on my head which was perhaps a step too far but beautiful all the same.
Dan was very helpful, both on the phone after booking and when we arrived. Very pleasant and knowledgeable, and lovely to know he had planted the 11acre wood as a child with his Father.
My husband used the shower and said it was fine and the toilets were adequate. Possibly could do with more of both if lots of people in tents were staying.
It was a really lovely place to spend a couple of nights with friends and will most definitely be back.

Disliked: Although we didn't need to use the washing up facilities we did try one morning as we had lots of greasy pots fromna communal fry up. We found them out of use. There was a note to say use the sinks in the toilets but that wasn't ideal so we did them all together back at the motorhomes. Wasn't a problem for us but could be for others.

Liked: Lovely venue, out the way with lots of walks .
We were booked onto workshops thought the week was able to hire the hall to practice and in our spare time found lots of lovely walks.

Liked: Quiet, no frills campsite with all amenities you need. Was great for an overnight stop on way to Yorkshire. Shower, toilets and pot wash. Dan was friendly and helpful. Loved the small wooded area, was enough to do a few circuits on our bikes. The road/track in was fine.

Disliked: Couldn't get hot water in the pot wash

Liked: Everything! We love a campsite that is a bit more rural, as long as there’s a toilet and electric hook up we’re happy! There’s not too many pitches so it doesn’t feel crowded, the cabin with the toilets and showers were great the pitches are nice and even so we didn’t need to get the levelers out for the van. Dan was very friendly when getting us settled in and that was a quick and easy process, which is always appreciated! The pitches are a great size so didn’t feel too close to our neighbours on either side. Absolutely loved the dog exercise area and the walk in the woods was lovely. Some other really nice nature reserves nearby too so plenty of walking to be done. Really reasonably priced. Plenty of water points. Everything we want for a weekend of camping, we couldn’t fault our stay at all and will definitely be back.

Liked: Quiet site,lovely owners pleasant and helpful but not overbearing. Nice large flat pitches with a wooded area onsite for walks and an enclosed dog area.

Disliked: Small toilet facilities is adequate but an upgrade to be able to gave more space between sink area and loos and shelving to put your toiletries on would be nice.
