A big thank you to Tracy and Tom, a fantastic sales experience of our new caravan. Nothing was too much trouble, all questions answered and a full demonstration of the van was given, when looking at the caravan we were left to it and didn't ever feel pressured.

All in all a great experience, and so glad to have found someone local.

Arrived in Filey to find water hog pump was not working. Visited this store on Easter Sunday for a new pump. Staff were extremely helpful and even checked my pump before selling me a new one.

Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant service from Tom and Tracy. As a family buying our first caravan, we found they really took the time to look after us. Just browsing on market place and saw this nice little 2 birth caravan..phoned up and tracy said they would hold it till we go there. Wen we arrived tracy told us to take our time n have a good look round. No following u around or pressure to buy. Needles to say it was a pleasurable experience..they arranged for storage and Tom delivered it. Would highly recommend lowthers.
