Beware if you want to cancel in good time !!!This is for a friend who wanted a hat for a wedding. When she chose one she got told she could cancel at any time (the wedding was 5 weeks away anyway) she went to cancel and was charged 30% of the hire charge. I was with her on the day she first chose a hat and this was definitely not told to her by the assistant. Disgraceful!!! It’s not like they didn’t have time for it to be hired again. The 30% is for cancelling 72 hours before hire starts.. Hire is for 7 days and 72 hours are 3 days = 10 days
My friend cancelled 7 days even before this time period applied.
This also should have been pointed out by the shop assistant. My friend was told this cost applied to being shown the hats and trying them on with the shop assistant. Completely taking advantage of people. You don’t get charged for trying clothes on in shops. !!!! don’t even step foot in this shop. Go on a course for customer service please !!!!!

I had to cancel a hat rental and gave 6 weeks notice. They kept 30% of the hat rental. Great hats but not great customer service.

My wife was very pleased with a hat she bought here previously. They know their stuff. My wife now wanted another hat for a different outfit. It was not easy finding something to complement the current outfit, but they did it. Excellent service.

If you want a hat, this is the place to go. Loads of choice, mainly women's hats but also a selecting of classic men's which is what I wanted. Very helpful with trying on
