Having had two e-mails to remind me about my test drive at Rybrook Birmingham for 4 o’clock today, I turned up 15 minutes early in good time.
Only to find the car I was due to drive was not available (auto Emira V6)
After a lot of debate I was offered a manual 2 litre instead - why? - it was not the vehicle I came to drive.
I left the showroom at one minute past 4 - I will not be buying a Lotus nor recommending the marque to anybody.
If you cannot get the test drive right what chance have you to get the car right?
You have just lost a customer.

Looking for a new EV, so arranged a test drive via the online portal. Easy to do, arrived and was greeted with politeness and a smile. Spoke with Ian groves and he was very knowledgable and took us for in depth test drive. Can’t fault the service or vehicle.
