Laura at Lotties Prom is fantastic and really understands different body shapes and how to dress them. The prom dresses are great quality and there’s a huge range to choose from. In comparison to other local stores we visited, Laura isn’t commission based so the appointments are really lovely and there is zero pressure. You get plenty of time to look through everything in store with the assistance of the team. It’s also a really lovely experience for the mums. Thank-you so much for your support in finding my daughters prom dress. Would recommend over and over again. Xx

My daughter has just had her prom dress from Lottie prom. Laura is the most loveliest person ever! She makes the girls feel like a million dollars, she doesn't rush them, guides them, the drink station and catwalk are such a lovely touch! She was also so accommodating when I brought my Mum who is very poorly and made it such a safe and lovely experience for her too! Laura we can't thank you enough! We have sent quite a few girls too and have all had their dresses from Laura and we all think the same 💚

I came in today looking for my wedding dress and Laura was amazing! She was so patient, professional and bubbly it was so refreshing compared to my experience in some of the other big wedding dress shops! She gave her honest opinions instead of trying to sell me every dress that clearly wasn’t for me. She even pulled a dress that I would have never even tried on and said she thinks I would be surprised and it ended up being “the one”! I couldn’t have had a better experience - I would recommend coming here to any bride to be!!!

P.s also took my 10 month old niece (who is a great judge of character) and she loved Laura - a really relaxed setting if you do need/want to take little ones with you. Thank you Laura ❤️

This is the first time I have visited a Bridal Shop before and it's so nice to have one in Mickleover Village now, it's in an ideal location with Beauty Shops, Cafes and Shops around it.

I visited on opening day and it was all done at a safe distance due to Covid, only a few people were allowed in per time and you had to wear a mask which was great, Laura who owns Lottie Bridal welcomed us in to the shop and showed us lots of Wedding dresses, there are so many different styles it was amazing to see. I haven't yet decided on a style but after trying one on that I really liked I know what type of dress I want to go for when I start to plan my wedding properly.

The decoration in the shop is really nice and the changing room is really big as well, Laura offered to help me put the Wedding dress on which was really kind of her, my Mum was there so she did it for me but it was great to try a dress on, Laura informed us that the dress will be steamed afterwards due to Covid which is very reassuring with the current pandemic.

I will definitely be making an appointment in the near future to try on different dresses and styles.

In the photos is me trying a gorgeous dress on, there is a mirror in the changing room as well but there is a pedestal in the shop as well which is an amazing way to see your dress from different angles. The dresses from what I saw ranged to around the £800 mark, once a dress is gone it's gone! Due to the shop always getting in new stock to reflect on the up to date styles.

Also in the photos is a goodie bag which Brides to be received on opening day, a great little bag to give you ideas on what to gift people/bridesmaids etc on your wedding day!

I was so nervous (and skeptical) when I walked into the shop looking for a wedding dress but Laura put me at complete ease, made me feel so welcome and was so patient. She was such a cheerleader. I found the most beautiful dress and felt so confident by the time I left. I needed a second visit to get the mum seal of approval which was no problem at all. I can't recommend this shop enough.
