I had my appointment only a few hours ago, and considering I’m writing this review now speaks a thousand words..

I just had the most amazing experience at Lotte Rose Bridal. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt totally at ease. They were so warm and welcoming, making me feel INCREDIBLE about myself and my body. They really understood what I needed and helped me find the perfect dress without any pressure at all—just a the perfect vibe that made me feel the best I’ve ever felt.

The selection of dresses is unbelievable! I was blown away by the variety and quality. And let me tell you, the shop itself is absolutely stunning—a perfect backdrop for any bride-to-be! I can’t recommend Lotte Rose Bridal enough. If you’re looking for a lovely experience while finding your dream dress, this is the place to go.

From my first visit to Lotte Rose Bridal I felt immediately at ease - I must admit I was really nervous with the thought of trying on dresses and feeling self conscious but I felt like a princess as soon as I started trying them on.
Charlotte was absolutely incredible and of course she picked my dress as a ‘wild card’ that I would never have thought to pick out myself. Her communication was amazing throughout the whole process from booking the initial appointment to picking up my dress. Such a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and the shop itself is absolutely stunning with the decor and wide collection of different dress styles and shapes for everyone. I always felt listened to and cared for.

I’ve visited the boutique twice so far!

I received such a warm welcome and felt relaxed and happy during my first appointment, I was so excited and nervous as I hadn’t tried a dress on before.
I came in with a specific request and I was listened to thoroughly.
Charlotte helped me problem solve and gave me informative, practical. amazing & beautiful solutions!

I really did feel entirely comfortable in her presence, especially when it is such an intimate experience at points.

The boutique was super clean and tidy, there was a personal welcoming touch which was lovely and unexpected. I felt special!

You are truly spoilt for choice here. So many different designs and styles!

I visited a second time to try on the same dress again and then I had some further options to try that Charlotte had sourced for me.

My final decision has not been made yet but I know based on my experience at Lotte Rose even if I don’t end up purchasing my dress from this boutique I will be forever grateful that this place, Charlotte and my overall experience was an integral part of helping me feel I went from an ordinary girl to a special bride-to-be!
