Such a lovely cozy spot in CB24.

Starting off with the incredible service both waitresses were absolutely lovely and very accommodating.

The food was great, brilliant portion and great produce.

We popped in this morning off the cuff, for an impromptu breakfast. We've visited Lot 25 many times before, at all times of the day. The team have put so much effort into all aspects of the venue, from the incredible renovations of a few months ago, to the menu which offers a good range of options; and the fantastic team both in the kitchen and out serving everyone. The quality of the food has always been fantastic and any request to adjust items is never a problem. The restaurant sits amongst a beautiful setting and the owners have an adjoining business, selling garden furniture, bbq's and other home and garden items.
Prices are reasonable, consistent eith other options nearby, and reflect the quality you would expect.
We always leave looking forward to our next visit.

The main barn has recently been renovated and makes a wonderful new dining area - it's a beautiful setting and brings out the beauty of the barn.
Fabulous new menu (since I last visited), service was excellent from a team that show they care.

Absolutely worth a visit if you are coming to the area.

Pie, pud and pint for under £20 was a win.

Thanks to all the team we will be back!

First time we’ve been back since it moved from the other side. Absolutely love it, ploughman’s and Greek salad where fantastic, great value and good portions! And you can never go wrong with Hot Numbers Coffee! Special comment on the crockery as well, really lovely

Hi fellow foodies. Unfortunately this is not a good review post- rather a bad experience post where we didn’t get to try the food post. After reading a few good reviews about LOT25 here, I decided to go there with my 18 month old child. We were there around 11:50. We were initially provided a seat upstairs by one of the servers but one of other servers ( an older lady who I assumed was a senior staff or manager) told him that upstairs will be closed and they brought us to the downstairs seating area. I was given both the breakfast menu and the lunch menu and even before I could pick anything, the female staff told my server that no breakfast will be available and the Sunday roast won’t be available till 12:30. As my child was hungry, I requested if they could provide me anything that would be suitable for a child. The lady didn’t even consider for a second before she said nothing is available. The guy who was initially serving looked a bit helpless at this point and we weren’t offered anything else. The female server looked like she couldn’t wait to get rid of us. I was surprised by how unwelcome they made me feel and left the premises as soon as possible. Usually restaurants try to accommodate any request made for little ones or at least show some decency to make an effort to do so. I never bother to write any reviews but I thought I need to bring this experience to people’s attention in case they were planning to visit this place.

Perfect afternoon tea for a late Mother’s Day ☺️ we all had a board each, plenty of food & took the rest home in a takeaway box. I requested different sandwich fillings which wasn’t a problem for them. The scone was warm & the sausage roll and cake were delicious. Lovely friendly staff & a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend, thank you!
