Fantastic service from Locketts and beautiful photo frames. I uploaded an incorrect photo to go in a frame I was buying from them and when I phoned up to clarify what had happened I received amazing service from them. Even though it wasn’t their mistake they asked me to upload the correct photo and sent it out via a parcel delivery service, at no cost to myself, and it was with me less than 24 hours later.
