I had a fantastic experience at Local Express. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home from the moment I walked in. They took the time to listen to what I needed and offered tailored suggestions that perfectly suited my preferences. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they even followed up to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Claimed they couldn't find my evri parcel then sent it back when it had expired, so clearly just couldn't be arsed finding it.

Sent off 6 parcels for evri, the parcel scanner was behind the till but was made to do this myself, was not given an evri receipt by the owner and now 3 of my 6 parcels haven’t been received by evri. After pushing evri about this i’m not able to claim money back on the 3 parcels as i have no proof of ever sending them when i DEFINITELY scanned and left all 6 at the shop.

Has all the essentials every home needs however they could improve their partnership with yodel and other mail services by dedicating space for held parcels to be sent/received. As for their "mail service" Ive had many packages just disappear there...
