Absolutely awful. Miss prescriptions out the bag all the time. Ring up to find where it is, they blame the doctors entirely for them not checking THEY put the stuff in the bag. I called up and he sat there on the phone blanking me in silence after blaming the doctors because "we just do what the doctors say" so apparently, if the doctors aren't there to hold their hand they honestly have no idea what they are doing. Completely unacceptable if you're diabetic with no tablets or insulin for the whole weekend because they didn't put it in the bag. Absolutely useless.

Sadly they are waaaaaay under staffed and I'm on very very important medication which needs to be picked up every week on a certain day and so far since joining they have called twice apologizing that they didn't have staff and time to get my meds ready. I'm a little concerned about moving forward with this chain of pharmacy and will have to probably look at another branch. I contacted the corporate office so maybe they can fix these issues now that's it's been reported...

Appalling. Website states 'hours may differ for Good Friday', not that this branch is closed. They don't even have a message on their answerphone stating what their hours are.

Needed some urgent medication. Website stated open from 09.00. Travelled to Holsworthy to get to chemist at opening time. Chemist closed, not opening until 14.30 😠

Friendly helpful staff after describing my problem I was adviced what medication to take. I aslso had other advice regarding my problem that is helping my situation. I recommend this place
