Was really surprised how good this store was. It's surprising how large it is with a great range of all the basics you need. The store is very clean, fresh and well presented. The staff were really friendly and felt like a nice place to shop.

I attempted to pay for fuel, believed I'd completed the transaction, and left after my typical friendly exchange with the cashier. A month later, I received a notice claiming I had filled up my car and departed without payment, accompanied by an administrative fee that was twice the fuel cost. I wouldn't recommend this place; their cashiers often juggle multiple tasks and may overlook issues, causing you to end up paying three times the amount for fuel, along with potential court action.

Visited twice and same cashier was unnecessarily abrupt, verging on rude both times. Some politeness goes a long way, of even just explaining to the customer why she is telling them to do something.

Something weird happening with their TooGoodToGo meals. For 3 evening in a row I've been trying to buy a meal, however, as soon as it becomes available at 21:15, in 2 seconds it says sold out.
This evening I watched to see what is going on. I clicked on their TGTG profile as soon as meal became available at 21:15. It was saying 3 available. I clicked on reserve but was already SoldOut. How is it possible in 2 seconds for someone to buy 3 meals? The limit is 2 meals per profile anyway. I feel something is rotten in Denmark.
Hope someone gets fed up of these meals and give others a chance to try it out. Peace!

Very near home so convenient. Stocking is sometimes a bit slow and there is a restricted range. The prices are typically Waitrose but the products are all good quality. There is a better selection across the road at the Tesco Express and with the deals with a Clubcard discount they tend to get more of our business

Always friendly and helpful staff. Not a fan of Waitrose high prices but this service station always has deals, plenty of toilets and fuel pumps with competitive fuel prices.
