Absolutely disgusting behaviour displayed by your staff member towards DJ audits. I’m guessing this person has now been relieved from his duty, unless you condone this sort of behaviour towards lawful activity by a civilian?

As a lover of trucks and logistic warehouses, I was sad to recently watch a youtuber who visited this site be treated so rudely and with so much aggression from staff! It was totally unacceptable and has left me deeply disappointed in Lineage as a company.

Everytime I collect from here I have a good experience. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Today I arrived when they had a computer issue and it was very busy , I explained to the staff in the office I only had an hour and a half and they got me loaded and on my way preventing me from having to have a night out on my last day. I really appreciate the service I received from all the staff today.

The security guard at the gate was very rude.
He shouted, swore and acted as if he was the boss of all the drivers.
A person totally not intended to work with other people.
