Excellent service. The staff are good. One in particular is the best staff member of any shop or service throughout Holbeach, Spalding area. She truly operates with full empathy for people. I don,t know her name...

Really difficult to get hold of. Put my repeat prescription in over a week ago so so plenty of time to get my meds in time for me running out and still not ready and cannot get through despite ringing numerous times. Very unhappy with them.

Not very happy. Sent my mum in twice today to collect a repeat prescription for me They received it Sunday so it was there first thing on Monday The first time she went in it was put in a basket and she said she would call later. Second time went in still not done was asked if it was needed today which my mum said I would of thought so or else she wouldn’t have asked me to get it. Was then told it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow I have run out of medication so phoned them and I was lied to as they said my mum left. Yes she left because she was told it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow I always had a really good service from them but not now

I hobbled in a 2 minutes to closing to try to get my prescription for pain medication. My NHS GP had kept me hanging for two days, before putting a prescription through very late in the day. Despite my late arrival, the staff welcomed me and dutifully went about putting my prescription together despite it now being just after. closing. Thanks to these super stars I had pain relief for the night and Xmas. It is such a shame that my GP surgery are not as kind and helpful as the staff if Coop Pharmacy. They are super stars!
