The local Co-op is quite good.
Staff at the store are always polite and respectful. The store almost always has a vast variety of food goods, and rarely disappoints when it comes to stock expectations.
The only complaint that comes to my mind as of now, is the amount of staff. I understand that recently due to COV-19 (and other events) that staff have had to be let off, some call in sick, etc, and that that may cause a staff shortage, which is of course understandable, but this should be fixed ASAP, as it leads to longer lines and slower service, which therefore decreases the speed required when shopping.
Other than that note however, the local Co-op is a good store overall.

Always empty of the things you want to buy. Long queues and staff who would rather disappear in the back than serve customers. Overpriced. Two stars is generous.

Really lovely spacious feel when you walk in to the Chemist & Post Office. Great having Library there also!
Large seating area for waiting.

Well where do I start. Shelves are always empty. Food is overpriced. Manager doesn't listen to suggestions. Community is mostly older generation who feel that they have no choice but to shop there.my advice, shop on line.

thers a verry long waiting time and allways 1 or 2 tills on at most times and some staff are highy rude towords pepple ive seen elderly pepple haveing problems breathing dew to masks instore and no help from staff it needs to get better

For the price of products I expect the shop to be fully stocked all the time, but sadly the shelves are often empty. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful.
