The staff are very helpful and polite. My concern is that the prices seem to keep going up. They are already more expensive than regular supermarkets but I went in this morning and find that the prices have gone up AGAIN. There was hardly any fruit or fresh vegetables on the shelves.I find that I avoid going into the Co Op because of these issues now.

Went in today and felt really uncomfortable. Picked up three bottles of wine (six in family) was told I could only have two (all were different). Told rules are rules! Had to ask my son to buy one, but they would not accept a card, as he was with me (and 34) - so he goes to cash machine, which is okay? All this time there is someone’s child standing a foot away from me, and him, with their parent still shopping. So much for rules and social distancing. Not a word said!

Let’s do this properly and with common sense. No problem with stopping the panic buying but let’s all be sensible. We still bought the three between us anyway and the kid was still there when the next customer went the cash desk

We visited today as we are staying at willowfields campsite. Felt the staff were helpful and polite. Wide selection of goods and we found everything we needed. Reasonably priced and will return again

It is a lovely little local shop, all the staff are friendly and kind, the shop has a mini cleansing station just as you go in, maximum allowed in the shop presently is 11

Staff extremely impolite stood with arms folded no manners used at all never asked for dividend card had to ask for my own recipe I always try to avoid this shop due to staff being so unprofessional wish I had been a mystery shop I would have sacked them on the spot no stars from this customer sadly I have to put 1 star to leave reviews awful shop
