Better than the welton coop staff seem more friendly

The staff member with short hair needs her customer service skills looking at and some more training given before being on the shop floor with customers

An old man stood infront of me and had been waiting for sometime with the only till open, soon as she finished serving the customer she was serving she said that's my shift finished and left the elderly man waiting for another staff member to come and take over when he only had some milk! For the sake of an extra minute he could of been served!

This is a good-sized store for a village that stocks a good selection of essentials. It has plenty of ready meal options and snacks as well as a good selection of alcohol. The staff were very friendly and the queue was minimal. There are ample parking spaces including disabled parking.

Emma the manager is incompetent. I have only seen her in the store on the store floor a hanful of times, when she has been on, She has been rude and doesn't interact with customers very well at all. When I asked for her as I was unhappy with the customer service a member of staff went in to ask for and i was told she was to busy to deal with my request. When I went out to my car she was outside the back area standing about doing nothing. In my opinion to young to be running a store.

Sometimes shelves are empty due to supply issues, but the staff is always friendly and does their best to find what you need.
