My daughter and my nephew's were looking at the toys in this shop figuring out what to buy when they were rudely TOLD (not asked) to leave. The youngest boy, my sister's boy came back and said he wanted to cry so my sister went to go and speak to the lady owner and was showered with abuse! As my sister was walking away the owner called her a cow and said "your kids have got problems, the same as you".... Awfully rude. Why is this horrid lady running a toy shop? She's worse than Mrs trunchball, she's probably got kids out the back locked in the chokey. minus 100 stars, it's put a damperner on our holiday and my sister has now gone home upset. Do not go thier !!!

RUDE AND ABUSIVE LADY (ZERO STARS)
Our children went to look at the items outside This gift shop so they could by a souvenir, the lady told them all off, I went in to explain that they had picked up the item they wanted to buy to purchase and as she shouting at them, she had lost a sale! The verbal abuse I received was disturbing, she told me to “get out my shop you cow” followed by “no wonder you kids are as disturbed at you” all they wanted to do was by an item, she called me a liyer and said we were standing across the other side of the road, this is a lie, we were watching them choose, not once did they enter to shop. She is a very nasty women who clearly does not like children, I stood up for my upset children, and she was shouting at us from outside the door! You know absolutely nothing about me, so how dare you call me and my children/nephews/nieces messed up!
You are a very rude nasty women. With absolutely no people skills, I am in Customer services and no way should you treat the public in this way, especially children AVOID THIS SHOP

My 10 year daughter went in to look around and was told to leave (in a rude & condenseding tone) and come back with adult supervision, safe to say we won't go in again.

Friendly little beachfront shop crammed with seaside souvenirs, toys and everything you need for the beach. Bought some nice postcards and fridge magnets there.
