I love the antiperspirants. I have rhe Eucalyptus and Sicilian Orange. They are very effective and also gentle. I love both scents. The bottle looks good and they are easy to refill. The toothpaste works well and tastes good. I had a problem with the dispenser and apparently there is a new design on the way. The customer service is excellent. Prompt, friendly and helpful.

Having the same issues as many others have posted here.

Subscribed for the toothpaste pump and refills. First pump stopped working after about a month, contacted customer services and they were very quick to respond with a video showing me how to use a small pointy object to dislodge something in the mechanism to try and get it to work again... This didn't work and my pump was obviously experiencing a different issue to another known fault. A replacement pump was quickly sent out and received. So they customer service is quite good. However for a "sustainable" product, having to get a replacement bottle do quickly doesn't make sense.

The replacement bottle after 2 days has now started experiencing the issue they obviously know about and can be dislodged with a sharp object. Obviously the product has some pretty fundamental flaws, isn't fit for purpose and the company know they have flaws in their design as customer service are clued up about the temporary fix. I'll give it another week but if the issue persists then I can't get behind the sustainability of the product and will have to cancel the subscription and look elsewhere

Toothpaste is great - the refill pump is not. Clogs and breaks after a few uses. Customer services say to put a toothpick in the tube to dislodge but it frequently occurs and you're having to open the pump to get toothpaste out rather than it dispense it.

It's a great idea, but cancelling subscription until better designed pump.

I love the concept of refillable toothpaste, and it was great for the first month. However, after receiving my first refill, the tube pump stopped dispensing toothpaste within a week. I’m not sure what the issue is; it just isn’t working any longer. I tried unscrewing it and emptying it, but it still won’t pump. It’s a great idea, but unfortunately, I will be canceling since the tube isn’t working anymore.

One bottle for life...until it breaks...and then the replacement breaks... I absolutely love the concept of Life Supplies, and the bottles are really attractive additions to my bathroom. But the pumps on the toothpaste are just not very good. I have now had two that have stopped pumping anything out after a couple of weeks and it's now just starting to feel quite wasteful/expensive. On a positive note, the toothpaste is great and has a brilliant mint flavour.

Pleasantly surprised. My other half grabbed me this eco antiperspirant after seeing an advert on Insta and I was a bit sceptical. But it really works and has me converted to roll-on having always used the same spray. This stuff is really man enough to do the job and hold up to hot weather and even some sporting activity. Nice to feel a bit smug with the green credentials too

Love the concept and when the toothpaste dispenser works it’s great.
On my 2nd dispenser now. It’s clogged up again! I rinse and clean all the tubes. Then it’s good for a few pumps before it stops.
I am now putting the toothpaste in a little pot and dipping toothbrush head in. Not very hygienic, but it’s only myself using it. My husband has given up on the product ages ago.

Love their refillable deodorant and the toothpaste refills, however as many others have said the refillable toothpaste bottle is not fit for purpose unless you want to be covered in toothpaste washing it out every couple of weeks to unclog. It’s a real shame as I really wanted to love this. If they bring out another bottle I will definitely try again but for now will have to find another solution
