The service I received from Lens Lab was absolutely appalling. I hired a lens for an event, and when the lens was having issues with my camera, they took 4 days to reply to my email, so I was unable to use the lens I paid for. Every subsequent email after that was met with the same response time, some even longer. When I went to drop the lens back, there was no one there to receive it, so it was an entirely wasted journey. I am still yet to receive my deposit back, along with the refund I was promised. I haven't received a response from them in 2 days since I confirmed my bank details, and was assured the money would be sent back to me immediately.

Won't be using their services again. The worst service I've received.

After being massively let down by the utterly terrible rental department at WEX, I found Lens Lab whilst searching on line and got in touch. Genuinely, I was blown away with their excellent service and fantastic communication. I rented an L Series Canon lens and it was like brand new and absolutely perfect. It was delivered on time, performed perfectly, and returning it was simply dropping it off at the post office. It couldn't have been easier. I'd happily use them again and can wholeheartedly recommend them. If everyone provided service like these, the world would be a better place.
