Replied to a bad review I left a year ago yesterday explaining how a mirror works, I think it was an attempt at a petty insult. Rather than aggressively replying to bad reviews many of which mentions how aggressive the staff here are, I would focus on the customer service elements of your business.

I have actually great experiences to share about Leighton Food Centre! Not only it is a well kept, tidy, and well stocked neighbourhood shop, but it is an absolutely brilliant point for parcel collection. It is very conveniently located personally for me and I have a fair share of parcels coming through this shop, especially now around holiday time. Guys working there are always extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. I can only thank them for being patient dealing with lots of shop customers and parcel collectors/droppers at the same time 😊

Will do whatever they can to not accept your parcel. First day they say their printer is broken and you need to print a label yourself. Next day you arrive with the printed label and they say the barcode doesn't work. Don't waste your time here.

This seems to be a case of Jeckel and Hyde. I have read the horrific reviews of people dropping off and collecting parcels, but I cannot comment on this as I have never been in there for parcels. What I can comment on is how well the shop is stocked and maintained. The shelves are always brilliantly presented with a whole variety of merchandise, enough for your everyday needs. There is obviously a lot of pride in maintaining the shop to such a high level and my experience of the staff has always been good.

He insults people who criticise him and his "shop".

Ask yourself this, do you want to give money to shop like his?

The Con-artist, liar and tyrant of Leighton Road.

He complains about "not being a depot" when people want to use parcel services.

Then don't advertise the UPS, Amazon or Collect+ services then. Don't sign up for it.

Don't advertise a service you cannot offer.
