Her approach to helping me find my dream dress was so expertly done and from just asking me a few questions she was able to guide me to my dream dress. The boutique has such a relaxed atmosphere which was exactly what I wanted when dress shopping and this coupled with Becky’s expert advice made for the best experience. It’s taken me a month to write this sorry but I had the best bridal experience at Lavelles and haven’t stopped thinking about my dress since.
I went to Becky with no idea of what I wanted in a dress, three dresses in she finds the one but I needed to take time to think about it. I left and within two hours I know I needed to go back for the dress, I phoned her and she stayed open later for me to go back and get fitted for the dress. I can’t thank you enough Becky for accommodating me and finding me the most beautiful dress.

Becky had a beautiful range of dresses and accessories. I brought my wedding dress from her beautiful shop. She was so helpful and understanding trying to help me find the perfect dress. Throughout the whole service she was fantastic, from finding the dress, to alteration fittings to steam cleaning and advice for taking care of my dress for before the wedding and during the day! Absolutely lovely woman and so helpful! Not to forget her lovely seamstress Lou !! Whose alterations were absolutely out of this world! Exactly what I pictured in my head. Her work is incredible!! Such a lovely experience at Lavelle. I always thought I would find the process of looking for my wedding dress so overwhelming but Becky was so relaxed and made the whole thing fun and exciting. At no point did I feel like I was being sold a product but more like I was shopping with a friend.

How do you write a review about someone that is just so perfect at what they do and just lovely to deal with? I guess you cant but from the day I walked into the boutique to try on dresses it felt like I was at home. Becky made me feel at ease the moment I walked in. I am on the bigger end of bridal sizes but that wasnt an issue at all. Sometimes wedding dress boutiques can feel judgemental if you arent a perfect size 6 but not this one. She was kind, funny and so genuinely happy for you. She knows her stock and she knows her client too which just proved to be an incredible experience.

Even when we came to the boutique for my bridesmaids outfits she guided me on the best colours to choose from and helped me decide on the colour combination I went with.

Becky went above and beyond for me, as when I picked up the hair accessories I found them to be broken in the evening 2 days before the wedding. By 8am the next morning she had sourced a new set of hairbands for me which I picked up later that afternoon.

Absolutely impeccable service, if I ever need to buy a wedding dress again I know where I will go. Thank you so much Becky you helped make my overall wedding experience something dreams are made from and I will cherish the memories forever.
