The service was unacceptable. The lady should improve her ethics and take some customer service courses. Younger people would have more respect for others than the lady who behaved incredibly rudely towards me. I felt as though I was being accused of shoplifting. This was my first and last time visiting that place. I urge others to avoid this establishment if they have any self-respect.

AVOID THIS STORE!! One star is way too much for them. 2 times they got the wrong size on the curtain. They didn't want to refund me saying it's not possible for them to be wrong. The old, blonde lady is extremely rude and angry even though it's her fault. Honestly, I don't know why this store is still open.

Rude European lady. Their courtains are really bad and expensive. I've been trying to replace them for bed sheets, but she never has them in stock. "It's coming" she says all the time, but after 6 months, she had nothing.

I decided to buy a net curtain so i visitedtgus shop. I was served by an extremely rude Eastern European lady. Having read the reviews I am now sure that I wasn't the only person who experienced the same awful customer service by this miserable lady. When I gave her my current nets to measure she assumed that I hadn't washed my nets. Even though I tried to speak to her nicely she was still very rude. I felt so sorry for the young gentleman who was working next to her, as she gave him orders as if he were her slave. The owner needs to have a serious word with her. I definitely won't be shopping there any more

Worst customer service one could ever get. European women has been really rude and not helpful at all, would only roll her eyes and answer like we were goning to steal something from the shop. We asked her where she is from just to make concersation and hoping that we could speak her language, thinking that she wasn’t rude but that there was a language barier, she then replied with “does it matter”. She has been greatly rude. I will never go to this shop again nor recomend it to anyone, purly because of this disgraceful, miserable woman.

Ok shop, spent a couple of hundred pounds. Went back the following week for a window missed. Because it was less than 15.00 they do not take card only cash. Even though its not displayed anywhere in the shop. I dont carry cash. Wanted me to go to a cashpoint. I left the shop.

Ordered blinds, will take 3 weeks paid a deposit, called 16 times the lady does not return calls, next week, next week, blinds lost in the factory and after 3 months and a very sharp message Mrs Sharma called will take another 3 weeks. Asked for full refund.
