Very rude lady in the store asked to try an item on and got a nasty look. Puts me off coming back into the store which is sad as bought items in the past.

This is definitely my favourite shop in Cirencester. Love going into landmark the staff are lovely and they go out their way to phone around their other branches to find the items you want if they do not have it in their branch and get it transferred over to them for easy collection.

It must be really hard running a shop with zero customers in it. Staff couldn’t even be bothered to say hello and would rather just chat to each other…
