We ordered drumsticks (£6) and pumpkin (£4), but the quality was very disappointing. The pumpkin was not in a condition to cook, and the drumsticks were not fresh—very slim. It felt like the vegetables were packed without proper quality checks.

Additionally, we ordered Diamond brand crab 20£ additionally they add cool pack for 3£,but after placing the order, we were informed it was out of stock. This should have been mentioned on the website beforehand to avoid inconvenience.

Overall, the experience was frustrating, and we felt misled. Better transparency and quality control are needed to improve customer trust.

Great line of products. Easy to order. Arrived very quick . Packaged great with ice inside a separate padded bag as had some frozen items. Also they had to change an item for different make & kindly put a note in advising me of this.
Very impressed with this company.

I have ordered several times from Lakshmi stores and they have never let me down on quality in the past. . Kayalvizhi was very patient in dealing with my queries and helped me to place bulk order. The order of 120 banana leaves was placed for a community event and what a disappointment it was not delivered on time. Will think twice before going to them again. They really let me down this time.

This was my first order with Lakshmi stores. The items came in excellent condition and were of good quality. The Jackfruit was not so ripe and some pieces were bitter, they did not taste good. Otherwise the service was excellent. The team were highly responsive. Thank you 😊
