The other day my daughter and her friend went into lakeland lakeside looking for a present for her mum. They went up to a member of staff in her mid 60s and was rudely sent away, the member of staff put her hand in her face and told her to wait. When the member of staff finally began to help them she was very arrogant about it and quickly ended the conversation. Thoroughly disappointed with this as it has now knocked my daughters confidence.

You have to love Lakeland when you need those house hold staples. The store is clean and well stocked. We needed to grab an air fryer and they had exactly what we needed. Love this store

I know INTU is in financial difficulty but in my opinion it is still a great day out and offers everything you could want.
A very family friendly place and very open aired and perfect for social distancing.
Dont let this place become a victim of this current climate as I for one would miss it terribly.

Excellent shop with plenty of household products which happen to be decent items. Staff are always available to help, they are friendly and knowledgeable so you can buy with confidence. Definitely one of the better shops in Lakeside.
