Got sold a bottle of vodka for £16. It had WATER in it! No refund or exchange and got told I hadn’t even brought it from there 3 minutes before!! Unprofessional rude staff! Stay away!!

Very big and nice shop, world food available with good prices, lots of cakes options, I eat cakes every day 7 days a week thanks kwik save for all this afford after Tesco closed down, please bring more Bulgarian frozen. Thanks.

Great selection of EU foods and drinks of all sorts. Very reasonable prices, better than in larger supermarkets for the same products.
Very helpful staff on shop floor which is not happening anywhere in shops!
Individual assistance if festive/traditional holiday foods are required, and personal notifications upon arrival of specific goods.

It is a pleasure to buy there, staff is always very pleasant and make exceptionally homely atmosphere, also for children.

Convenient, and stocks a lot of products. Almost always have what I need, but I dislike shopping here. It's grubby, expensive and the staff can be a bit 'off'.

The type of shop that won't always hand over the 1p change at the till. Its not that you particularly want the 1p, and I'm not going to ask for it, personally, but its irratating behaviour.

Absolutely unhappy. shopping in this shop for many years but one day I came down and I tried to buy a wine which was overpriced so I said to the stuff it’s not put fair price. why did you raise the price up ? I asked why before was different price now is nearly double. they couldn’t explain me just start shouting at me and said to me :by different one then !!!!
By the way so many times they are accounted four pack of beer separate, you must check what you buy and how much you paid .
Etc . 4 pack cans =5£ but they charge you 1.30x4=5.20
So many times I found expired date meat products and I showed them and forgive them all this time but now I’m not going to do that.
Enough is enough
One till even didn’t show product price when it’s scanned. I was coming back I got so many refunds because the price didn’t match.
Please try to be not open person with them. When you more talk to them, then more they try trick you.
My advice if you need something from that shop go only emergency and take receipt.
