Really disappointed with this store. A while ago I had to give a vape pen back , (as it was burnt) and the lady was able to deal with this very promptly for me.
Today was going to be my second complaint. I don’t regularly use cash, and the last place I used cash was in this store. I received an old £5 note and wanted to make a complaint.
Instead of dealing with me in an appropriate way, she starts aggressively shouting and starts accusing me of trying to get something out of her and she “knows” what kind of person I am.
It’s not even about the money at this point, it was the accusation, rudeness and ability to not listen and take calm next steps. I tried to calm her down and ask what I do next, but, she was at this point not having it, and she wanted me out of the store.
Im just very upset now, like really upset! I can’t believe that this just happened. And how dare you treat anyone like this.
I don’t “need” to get anything out of a convenient store.
A customer should never feel like this!
