I took my daughters Nissan to Kwik fit for a front wheel puncture. They were quick to get it sorted, and we were all done in 30 minutes. The staff were very polite and efficient, I highly recommend them, thank you Kwik fit 👍

Good attention and caring centre from a last minute call, not a 5 start just because of one employee could answer my questions and didn't have the same attention like the other 2 employees from the previous day and the following day.

Very helpful staff and helped me out at very short notice. I've always avoided Kwik Fit as I'd assumed it would be expensive. Was pleasantly surprised by the price, and the service was excellent. I recently frequented my local Kwik fit because I had a tyre warning light on first of all the person didn’t seem qualified to drive my car properly on to the ramp once on the ramp he then look at all my wheels even though I said the problem was on the back after looking the man said I had a slow puncture on one wheel on the back and the other had some problems as well so I asked for a price for two new ones and was told about £172 which I thought it was expensive so I said I would look elsewhere to have them done so then after bringing the back to me I asked how much it was and the man said no charge so I left to go home when I heard a strange noise coming from the font wheels so I stop to look at them only to find something sticking in one of me tyres which I could not believe the man had knocked something out of my car door when on the ramp then as it came back from the ramp it stuck in my recently new tyre so I whent back and the boss tried to say it was not something that they don’t use anyway I said how this had probably had happened he said that he would repair the tyre so he took it of then no more than 5 minutes passed and he showed me the wheel which showed a damaged rim which he said the wheel could not be put back on anyway I think it was damaged when it was removed from my car which ment I had to pay for a new tyre myself even though they had damaged it in the first place I was not happy at all with this but I had no choice but to pay out for a new one even though you where at fault two time for doing the damage to my wheel I suggested that this is looked in to by you please and that proper training is given so this does not happen to anyone else sorry it’s so long I very unhappy customer who will not be returning so be careful?

phone call for information, very helpful with my enquiry about a tpms fault on car booked in on same day fault sorted with a new tpms valve.
explained to me about tpms, very helpful guys made it a pleasure to go there.

PLEASE AVOID TO BE SAFE!

My car went in with a vibration and was advised to change 1 caliper, 2 discs and 2 pads due to a seized caliper that caused worn disc. I was observing the mechanic for 1 hour and he seemed stressed and confused while working on my car. He was dropping parts and tools, constantly putting parts on and off my car. When he finished - told me he couldn't remove the brake hose and don't want to risk breaking it - also told me to come back another day to double check. If he knew what he was doing - why would the car need to come back for his colleague to check?

1 week later, 3 engine management lights came on: brake system, driving stabilisation and unable to read tyre pressure. I took the car into my trusted mechanic to find out that all parts were not tightened all the way, brake hose had been twisted and damaged that caused leaking brake fluids every time pressing the brakes, the fluid was also not bled through into the new caliper. The worst case scenario if I had to emergency brake - the car would not stop the way it supposed to.

I've raised a formal health and safety complaint with their head office and awaiting a call from their operations / area manager.

Booked in online, when arrived the guys didn't know i was booked in but they went above and beyond to do oil change and get me back on road. Extremely happy with the service and would definitely return if i need any services in the future.

The mot was fast and efficient. Took less than an hour, so I was amazed with that. The price is a bit too much, though. £55 altogether. Can get cheaper elsewhere, but pay for what you get, I suppose. Needed it done asap, so I'm happy it got a pass. Thank you!
