Took my mobility scooter charger and battery to ksp to replace battery and check the charger plus my daughter took her dog grooming dryer there for repair had the dryer back the same day brilliant friendly local service would definitely recommend 👍

My partner needed support in order to attend and enjoy the Weeting Steam Rally this year. She required support to get around the stalls. We went into KSP mobility who were all very friendly and a relaxed family run business who helped us hire a scooter from them to get around with. Brilliant friendly service we will absolutely be returning to them next rally!

Very kind welcoming family run business, made my wife feel totally at home and even gave her a comfortable seat to sit on, they spent time with us going through stock and finding the right scooter nothing was to much to ask. all questions was answered and even made sure the scooter would fit in the boot of my car which it did, all in all from start to finish the whole process was a breeze and we came away very happy, I would recommend KSP mobility to anyone. I popped in today with my Mum who's been having mobility issues lately. She just wanted to have a look at some Walkers/Rollators. We were welcomed in and shown a few different styles and my Mum tried them all out before deciding on one she liked best. She wasn't sure she wanted one and is fighting against getting older. But this new walker will give her confidence a boost and to keep her moving independently. The customer service was lovely, we took our time and never felt pressured to buy. KSP mobilty, thank you for looking after us, your patience and kindness and helping my Mum find her new wheels.

Great people that care about you and what you want.
Bought an Eagle scooter, second hand but with only 0.9 km on it at a reduced price, and they are only £3995 brand new. It is a great scooter to use, only charged it once in 2 weeks or so.
KSP have answered my questions, had products available when I thought of them, and it is a pleasure doing business with them.
