KW is pretty well hidden, we found it by accident - but it's a hidden gem!

We planned our downstairs remodel over a 3 year period - it was on, then off, then on again. We went through countless iterations of our kitchen design (even moving it's location in the house).

Emma was patient with us, no sales-pressure, and worked "one-on-one" with us on kitchen design, offering advice/tips, and creating 3D models not just showing our kitchen, but also how it would look in context of the rest our downstairs remodel.

Emma knows the Nobilia products inside/out - every drawer, cupboard and accessory, and will point out all the "do's-and-don'ts". She told us when our ideas were bad ideas and wouldn't work, and recommend alternatives - which we respected.

The Nobilia range is high-quality, German-made, and extensive with more base-unit size options than any of the DIY/Home improvement (and a certain Scandinavian megastore) suppliers.

By the end, we literally had every cupboard and draw mapped out with what was going in it!

Emma came out to us several times, and even held a "fitters session" with the carpenters to go through the Nobilia fitting particulars (every kitchen manufacturer has slightly different fittings).

Dickie too, (who works alongside) Emma came out a couple of times while our build was going on to check on us, and drop in some extras.

For accessories, appliances, taps etc... KW is independent and can source almost anything from any manufacturer all to arrive together with your kitchen. You would not get that from a DIY chain.

All-in-all a great experience, we had some laughs along the way too, made some friends, and would recommend you visit. You're only gonna do this once, so do it right!

We chose our new kitchen and all the bits that go with it with the professional help, very knowledgeable guidance and support of Emma. I first started this kitchen design from Hong Kong after meeting Emma very briefly in Winchester. She assured me at the time that we could deal with the design by email and she was totally true to her word. Despite time pressures and unexpected issues arising Emma was completely cool headed, taking each issue and handling it professionally. Quality of the appliances & cabinets (Xeon/Nobilia) exceptional and the quartz surface just finished the whole room of spectacularly. Excellent design service baked into the package & when there were challenges e.g. because rooms in old houses aren't always 100% square, we worked together to get the best solution.
