Unfortunately, the price increase in this particular establishment has been monumentally high. I am very upset about this. I do like the cheese, however.

This is a remarkable wine shop and Nick is so knowledgeable and friendly. I wish we had bottle shops like this in Sydney. It is unique, quirky and unforgettable. If you come to Winchester, do yourself a favour and go there.

Lovely old style store with the basics and more importantly a good range of wines, ports and sherry. All supervised by Nick a wonderful, knowledgeable gentleman of a mature vintage. Also a selection of condiments etc. Worth a visit and 50m from the Wykeham Arms.
