We had a brilliant time staying at Stef’s property. The house is lovely with lots of modern touches and plenty of space. Beds are extremely soft (great if that’s your preference) Only downside was the hot tub wasn’t working, however had quick and helpful communication from the host to try and rectify the issue as well as them sending out an engineer to fix it. In all honesty we didn’t miss out though as there was more that enough to do locally!

The location is perfect with 3 pubs in short walking distance (The New Inn being our personal favourite) as well as being close enough to walk up and rent a boat for the day! (which we absolutely recommend doing, we used Ferry Marina who were amazing)

The area is quiet and private and we felt at home our entire stay. Would recommend 100%!!

A lovely luxury house in a great location. Fantastic hot tub and pool table. Could do with a deep clean however as quite a bit of dust in places. This would be my only reason for dropping a star.

Brilliant place to stay. Absolutely nothing but positive feedback. It’s well located for day boat hire which is exactly what we wanted. Clean, well equipped and lots of space. We were a family of 4 you could double that and still be comfortable.

We had a good stay here, everything was quite easy including arrival and departure and the place was clean. Only downside was the additional charge for the hot tub at £20 a day when the place is advertised with hot tub. It's like charging extra to use the fridge, it should be included in the overall price.

Shocking. Expect hidden costs. Pool table too small (room) to use. Hot in paid for but temperature incorrect and couldn’t use for two days. £250 deposit never refunded despite email confirmation it would be. House to cold with locked temperature gauges. Previous tenants details on TV (GDPR) left house in better state but still charged £150 cleaning charge

Overall the stay was OK, got time to spend with family under one roof after what has happened the last 18 months. We was not impressed that when we turned up, the place looked like it had not been hoovered from the last people, the cleanliness was no where near even a 2 star. I asked the owners if I could access the property slightly early, go be told that I would have to pay extra for another cleaner, having turned up an hour early and no one to be seen but we waited outside until 4pm on the dot and the place was not clean as expected. Also half way through the week, we were advised by an email that there would be work done with the gas and electric. The man turned up on Friday, assuming we was the owners and even expressed how disgusting it was that the owners would plan work when the house was being rented out and people were on holiday and should be done when the house was vacated. We were on our way out for an hour, so he done the electric and said he would arrange to come back with the owners to do the gas as was not fair on us. We also had no heating in our stay, which was unfortunate we did not have the weather, so trying to work a facility which should of been included to find the owners had removed the fuses out of the towel radiators in the bathroom and main heating had been turned off. For the money paid for this house for a week, was certainly not worth the money but as a family we made the best if our situation in the current times.

A beautiful spacious warm/comfortable house, with 4 lovely bedrooms TVs in all -2 with ensuite. and 2 rooms very close to the bathroom. (All comfy beds) open plan downstairs with A lovely fully equipped modern kitchen with all the mod cons you could think of. A wood burner in the lounge, which was really cosy and 2 large sofas . Bi folding doors which lead onto the garden with an unlooked hot tub.and outside bar and some rattan seating. Inside A games room with a pool table and a selection of other games to play. Off road parking for 2 cars, a small park for the children just opposite, shops, pubs and the river just a stone's throw away. Highly recommended, lovely helpful owners, Overall weve had a lovely stay, and would love to come again in the summer months.

The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. It was in a good position for exploring the Broads and the coast nearby ( half hours drive ). Family friendly- a good play park 2 minute walk away and Bewilderwood five minutes drive .
