I went to the shop as a UPS collection point. Despite the instuctions (from Amazon) clearly saying "Give this invoice to the carrier you select to ship your return package" she refused to take the package as the invoice was not stuck on the box. Her solution was to tell me to go and buy some tape (from her shop) and stick it on. She was most unhelpful. Needless to say, I left the shop with the package remaining with me as I refused to buy some tape from this unhelpful assistant.

I had the same UPS issue with this store. They are listed as a UPS drop off point but are unwilling to accept it saying ‘they don’t want to’, not that they can’t.
